RentalCarPerks.com provides this Website for the sole purpose of publishing and facilitating the use of car rental and other travel related discounts and offers to its members. As used in these Terms of Use, the terms "we", "us", "our", "Site" and "Website" mean Street 21 Enterprises, LLC dba RentalCarPerks.com.

By accessing RentalCarPerks.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, agree that you are at least 18 years of age and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Use License

RentalCarPerks.com grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of this Site in accordance with these Terms of Use. You may only use this Site to gather information about discounts and offers for personal use and shall not use this Site for any other purpose, including without limitation, to publish or otherwise disseminate any discount codes, coupon codes, or associated ID numbers. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:

Partner Terms and Conditions

Additional terms and conditions will apply to your car rental reservation and any applicable purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any of our partners with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the partner's rules and restrictions regarding availability, minimum age requirements, and use of rental cars and/or other products or services.

You acknowledge that some partners offering rental cars and/or other products or services may require you to adhere to local policies as a prerequisite to using and/or participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such partner's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the rental cars and/or other product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our billing you for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

Site Modifications

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice or liability to you or any third party. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to impose limits on certain features and services.

Lifetime Membership

RentalCarPerks.com grants lifetime membership to qualified members. For clarity, the duration of these memberships will terminate should the Site dissolve, change ownership, cease to exist or otherwise become non-functional.

Disclaimer

All discounts and offers published on this site are subject to availability, blackout dates and are generally valid for rentals at participating U.S. and Canada locations. Discounts may not apply or may be reduced during peak periods. While we earnestly endeavor to ensure the accuracy of all information that is published on this Site, the materials on RentalCarPerks.com are provided "as is" and your use of the Site is at your own risk. Neither RentalCarPerks.com nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, special, incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site.

RentalCarPerks.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed consistent with applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Governing Law

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior written agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof.

The laws of the State of Georgia shall govern this Agreement, without regard to the conflict of law principles thereof. All disputes shall be conducted in a federal or state court sitting in Marietta, Georgia. The parties acknowledge and agree that jurisdiction and venue is proper in such court(s) and convenient and waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue, including, without limitation, that such forum is inconvenient.
